Financial aid will only be credited to a 学生's account after all necessary requirements for the funds are completed and processed, and a 学生 has accepted their aid for the applicable academic year on their 我的经济援助门户网站. Students should budget and plan accordingly for immediate financial needs during this period. *Some disbursements may vary based on the start and end date of a 学生's courses.

If there is a credit balance remaining on a 学生’s account as the result of aid disbursement, the account must first undergo a review/audit process before a refund can be produced. 的 review/audit process can take up to 5 business days to complete, but generally takes less time. 的 学生会计处 works diligently to ensure that 学生s receive their respective refunds as quickly as possible.
All 学生s are required to set up an electronic refund (eRefund) account which will result in 学生s receiving their refunds, (如适用), via direct deposit into the bank account of their choice. Failure to enroll in eRefund may delay the receipt of 学生 refunds. If you have not yet set up an eRefund account, please review the “信贷余额退款政策” on the 学生会计处 退款 page for instructions.
